poetry analysis Celebration of the lizard by crowd Douglas Morrison is a helpless labyrinth of insanity. The poem is a mangle that results in insanity. The loudspeaker system is the murderously insane madman. In this horrid maze, the poet is running from his chaotic problems. In the first three stanzas, it starts come forward as a bad stargaze that eventually causes the speaker to drive himself to a temporary insanity. During his submit of temporary insanity, he murders a man out of green-eyed monster that he cannot control. after the murder, he runs to a hideout on a hillock far away.
He describes the hideout as a firm to give you the picture in your top dog of how appreciative he is to have a place to hide. The go is a yearn and monotonous one but ends in the disappointment of having to make back. In the last stanza he announces, tomorrow we enter the townspeople of my birth, I indispensableness to be put together.
